Terms of Service

These terms are in place in order to protect me as an artist and by agreeing to work with me you are automatically agreeing to all of the terms listed below.

General Terms and Payment

➤ I retain the right to refuse service to anyone.➤ Payments can be made in full or in a 50% deposit upon request and 50% deposit once order is completed. (full order will be held until last payment is confirmed)➤ All payments must be made before I start request, until first (or full) payment progress will not start.➤ There are no refunds, unless I cannot fulfill your request after payment has been sent.

Ordering and Commission Process

➤ I do not accept NSFW requests.➤ Regarding Reference Sheet Requests: Please fill out the refsheet form (linked on the main page) before submitting a request for a refsheet.➤ I do work with written descriptions only, but you must be open to working together with me as the progress requires a lot of back and forth. Please have a clear idea in mind for your character.➤ I am happy to draw any type of species, even fantasy.➤ You are allowed any amount of changes, but only during the sketching process. I will sketch out your whole commission before lining, but once lining is started I will no longer accept changes.➤ You may ask for WIP's at any time, response time may vary as I put all notifications on do not disturb during the hours where I am drawing.➤ Full body requests will take at least a week to complete after sketching has been approved. Half body and icons can take anywhere from 3 days to 1 week.➤ Completion time for refsheet will very as each one is customized and depending on detail and amount of previous references can be anywhere from 1 week - 1 month.➤ I am happy to work on a deadline if you are willing to pay a deadline fee of 50% of the commission price.

Afterwards

➤ I reserve the right to post your commission online anywhere I choose, and use/modify your commission as an example, or in a sample image/price sheet or in any other promotional images.➤ If there is any issue with the delivered art piece please contact me asap, I will make changes and help as much as possible.➤ If the issues with your commission are on your behalf for not communicating in the initial commission inquire, there will be a fee for edits.➤You will be given a high resolution PNG file as well as a smaller upload friendly PNG file once the commission is finished. It’s your own responsibility to download and archive these for your own use.➤ You may repost your commission but you must ALWAYS credit me when reposting➤You have the right to use your commissioned piece for any personal/private use. i.e. sharing your commission on social media or uploading it to any art site. If you are unsure if something qualifies for private and personal use; contact me.
